Users with write access to the repositories can perform most of the actions that normally require an Admin.
Codecov itself possesses no internal ACL or permissions system. User access rights are taken directly from our integration with the repository provider. Anyone with Admin rights at your repo provider Org will have the same permissions on your Codecov account.
