Why was a personal org created? Why can't I delete it? Is this created by default for new users?

Resolution
Your personal org creation is to be expected.
Users must use their own account to access an org account.
Once you select the company org from the drop down, the org selected should stay.
The members of your company cannot see your personal org.
Deleting your personal org (you'll need to contact support for this) will deactivate you from all other orgs, including your company's org.
